Chris Hathaway

Chris is a founding member and Managing Director of the Soarsoft International Group and Cloud Essentials. He has worked with Technology and Risk solutions for over 20 years and started out as an IT Administrator before qualifying as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and moving into an advisory role as an Information Technology Risk Consultant for Arthur Andersen and then KPMG, post Arthur Andersen’s demise from the Enron scandal.  

While in this Advisory role, Chris spent much of his time in large and complex organisations, assessing and reducing their exposure to information technology risks, leading eventually to the founding of Cloud Essentials, a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in advising customers on how to safely migrate, adopt and configure cloud services to protect the confidentiality and integrity of their information with a strong focus on governance and compliance.

Adam Bown

Head of eDiscovery and Forensics at Cloud Essentials

Adam is the head of Cloud Essentials’ eDiscovery and Forensic Team. He has 19 years’ experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, data analytics, forensic data analytics, data-driven forensic investigations, eDiscovery and IT Forensics. Adam has worked for Andersen, KPMG and EY. He has extensive experience as a forensic technologist at the KPMG and EY forensic business where he worked as Associate Director leading the Data Analytics practice for many years. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) Geodetic Engineering degree and an assortment of other postgraduate diplomas and certificates in the fields of forensics and technology.

Patrick Sack, Binary Tree’s Vice President of Global Sales, has over 25 years’ experience in IT, covering a variety of challenges around infrastructure and cloud migrations to IT management in general.  Having worked for both small, entrepreneurial organizations as well as global organizations like Microsoft & Dell, he understands the challenges facing companies both large and small across a variety of industries. Most recently with Binary Tree he has been involved in well over a hundred engagements involving merger, acquisition or divestiture activities where he has both guided internal teams and helped clients work through the complexities and uniqueness of their environments and requirements.
