Exceeding client expectations – industry-busting net promoter score of +92.9

We pride ourselves on the long term relationships that we build with our clients. For the past year, we’ve been asking our clients the industry standard question for measuring client satisfaction, based on the likelihood that they would refer us to friends or colleagues at the end of a project/engagement, on a scale of 0-10. The results of this are then aggregated to calculate our net promoter score (NPS). (Find out more about how this is done here.)

We’re immensely proud that our NPS is currently +92.9, and the vast majority of respondents rated us 10 (the highest rating, indicating  the strongest likelihood that they would recommend us).

Top quartile industry standard NPS scores for professional services firms, like ours, were benchmarked at +73 or above in 2023. We’re delighted to be amongst the leaders in client satisfaction.

When the business started twenty years ago, we made a promise to never compromise on exceeding our clients’ expectations and we’re proud to say, that as our business has grown, we have stayed true to our word. This NPS score is testament to that promise.
