Our Solution

This workshop kicks off with a scan of your environment to discover sensitive information and intellectual property, unused or “stale” data, and risky or suspicious activity. The scan takes two weeks and uses the latest Microsoft 365 tools and services. It can be configured to search everything from Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams to on-premises data repositories and Windows 10 Endpoints if necessary.

Your results will then be analysed by our team of compliance and technical specialists who will provide a full report of our findings and recommendations.

Deliverables

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a solid understanding of your current compliance position and how it measures up to the data protection standards and regulations that apply to your business. Our tech-savvy compliance experts will provide recommendations on areas for urgent and/or future improvements. We’ll then work with you to draw up practical, actionable next steps to meet your objectives and maximise the value you derive from Microsoft’s data protection capabilities.
